Craztech was created for the sole purpose of entering the market space with an unique value proposition and the intent of changing the way that companies currently do business. It is our belief that business relationships should facilitate a few core concepts.
Business relationships should provide an equal value proposition for both parties.
Business relationships should not follow convention simply because it already exists elsewhere in the market.
Business relationships should enable both parties to communicate need in both directions.
Business relationships should be built on demonstratable value, not idealogical goals.
Business relationships should be built on trust that is detailed in contracts not contracts that require trust.
Acknowledging these concepts and keeping them in front of any agreements is our first step toward changing our market. These however, are not the core differences between us and other service providers.
With over 30 years of experience in information technology, enterprise architecture, application integration, and customer support we provide a robust solution but there are multiple Managed Service Providers that can say this. The factors that cause us to stand out are the methodologies we incorporate into our internal and external business processes, hiring practices, and support offerings.
Craztech's methodology on problem solving, sales, and support is based on our 3M strategy. The 3M strategy requires that the Mission, Method, and Mark, be defined prior to engaging in an activity.
Mission - We are changing the way that business to business relationships currently operate,
differentiating ourselves from the typical paradigm by forming mutually beneficial partnerships with our
customers that more closely resembles a knowledge exchange than a retail environment. This cultivates an
atmosphere in which progress for Craztech directly translates to our customer base and allows for the
positioning of our knowledge workers as partners rather than on-demand support resources.
Method - We accomplish this by hiring attitudes that are conducive with our goals of cultivating the concepts of proactive support and transparency both internally and externally. The result of this increases the value of our resources exponentially.
Mark - We provide world-class services and support to the business community. To Craztech this means we
join our customers in ownership of their success. We will dedicate our resources to assisting our customers in
leveraging their technology assets and workers to foster their growth.
