Real-Time Remote Access

With remote access technology we are able to offer greatly increased response times.

With the Remote Control Tool using remote control, you, the end user can see what steps w are taking which in turn helps solve any problems you might be having. We can walk you through the steps of a procedure which enables you to more easily learn the process. Ultra VNC is imbedded in IT Control Center, but we can use most network-based remote control utilities to remote into a computer.

If there is a single computer on a network with Craztech IT Center installed, we can use that installation to redirect to any of the other systems on the network. For example, if you install Craztech IT Center on a server, we can use redirection to access any networked program on the network. The redirector routes the traffic through the Craztech IT Center agent to any other IP address on the network. Redirection also allows us to use other remote support tools like Remote Desktop or Dame Ware to connect remotely to managed machines.

Using a Terminal Server or Citrix Server, we can jump into a user's session through Craztech IT Center by selecting the user in the PC Login section of the Computer Screen. You can also share a session with us so that we are better able to see the issue you are having and demonstrate how it is resolved.
