All contracts are designed so that you have the support and services you are paying for when you need them, on your terms. To prove to you that we have faith in our services and our capabilities we will not require any type of commitment from your company. We know that we have the best management platform available. We also know that we will continually strive to be the best support organization you have ever been in contact with. For this reason each of our customers have month-to-month contracts, so the extent of your liability is 30 days. Furthermore, we understand that our customer centric practices and forward-thinking billing models are atypical but, as an added reassurance we garuantee our work. If you are a not satisfied with the services you have purchased, we will return your subscription fee. This is why we do not force our customers into long, upgrade only contracts, or put them at risk of purchasing something that does not benefit them.
